    Hey I also started sourdough starter several weeks ago and have been baking bread every week. Just a hint for you ( if a teaspoon of the starter floats in a cup of cold water, it is ready to bake with). This has helped me since I had not started my own starter before either! Fun to do and delicious! Enjoy your bread! And thank you again for sharing your quarantined life with others.
