pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a sheet cake pan
In a large mixing bowl combine the first 5 ingredients (the dry ones)
In a separate bowl whisk together the remaining 5 ingredients (the wet ones).
Pour the liquid mixture together with the dry ingredients and stir until completely mixed. Pour into the prepared sheet cake pan.
Frost with chocolate frosting (recipe below)
Bake for 20-25 minutes.

1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup cocoa
1/2 cups milk or cream
3 1/2 – 4 cups powdered sugar
In a sauce pan combine butter, milk and cocoa powder. stir and cook until butter is melted. Remove from heat and whip in powdered sugar. Pour hot frosting on warm cake.
